Eleven years ago tomorrow

On a rainy June day, my husband and I were married.

I woke up that morning to the sound of rain, pouring rain.

I planned an outdoor wedding, with no tent, at 2 o'clock.

Husband sent me a rose with a note "I don't care if it snows, it's our day and I love you."

After I got my dress on, at 1:50pm, it started to hail.

And then, at two minutes to two, the clouds parted and the sun came out.

Steam rose off of the chairs and everyone hurried to dry them off.

When the reception was done the rain came down again.

Happy anniversary my dear, through the storms, we're still here.

For a successful marriage you must learn to give and take, forgiveness is key.

And I forgive you my dearest, for making me spend my anniversary at the races.

Happy anniversary! It's also my anniversary tomorrow as well! It will be 5 years for us, amazing how time flies by, but I guess 3 kids in 5 years will do that :)
I hope you have a wonderful day!!

Strange, the rain come on us as well on our blissful day. And stopped as soon as I arrived at the church. Funny how things work....
